These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://www.potentech.com/ (the "Website"), operated by Potentech ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Website content does not replace technical verification, samples, agreed drawings, certifications or a written sales agreement.
3. Requests for Quotation and Orders
An RFQ, enquiry, cart submission or purchase request is an offer or request from you and is not automatically accepted. We may review quantities, specifications, production capacity, compliance requirements, destination, shipping arrangements and payment terms before acceptance. Unless expressly incorporated, your purchase-order terms do not override our written terms.
4. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
Prices, currencies, taxes, shipping costs and payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or order confirmation. You are responsible for accurate billing and shipping information and for taxes, duties, customs charges or bank fees allocated to you under the agreed Incoterm or sales agreement.
